Open Play Update for Side Out Tsunami Members
As we head into the summer months, we've noticed that our off-peak open play sessions have been a bit quieter. To give our members more opportunities to get on the courts, we're excited to announce an increase in weekly open plays for select memberships.
Beginning immediately and continuing through September 15, members with Solo, Duo, and Clan memberships will receive 10 open plays per week instead of the usual 7. That's 3 additional open plays each week to enjoy throughout the summer.

Please also note that our no-show policy remains in effect. No-show fees will still apply for any reserved sessions that are missed without proper cancellation.
If you are attending back-to-back open play sessions, please remember to check in again at the front desk for each session. Side Out Tsunami is not responsible for missed check-ins, and no-show fees will be assessed accordingly if you fail to check in for your reserved session.
The increased limit of 10 open plays per week is a temporary summer benefit and will remain in effect until September 15. After that date, memberships will return to the standard 7 open plays per week.

We want to keep everyone informed and up to date on club operations. Below are a few important housekeeping notes for your reference. We truly appreciate all of our members, and as always, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Emails
Our email system is fully operational again. You may now contact us at info@sideouttsunami.com. Thank you for your patience during this time. If you have not received a response, please feel free to follow up.
Open Play Waitlists
Participants will be automatically registered from the waitlist if a spot opens 4 hours or more before the session start time.
If a spot opens within 4 hours of the start time, the system will email everyone on the waitlist, and the spot will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
This policy ensures players have adequate notice before attending a session.
Court Reservation Waitlists
If you are on a waitlist for a court reservation and a court becomes available, all waitlisted members will be notified. The court will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Challenge Courts
There will be challenge courts for Intermediate, Advanced, and DUPR Gated Open Plays (as space allows) will now have a 3 game maximum. If a team wins 3 games in a row, all 4 players will exit and 4 new players can play.
Challenge courts will be designated as:
- Intermediate: Court 16
- Advanced: Court 22
- DUPR Gated: Court 24
These are subject to change based on the number of registrants.
Guest Passes (Founding Members Only)
To use a guest pass, please reserve your guest’s spot through the app. Upon arrival, inform the front desk and we will refund any guest-related purchases.
Alternatively, you may email us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange guest access.
Confirm & Finalize Sign-Ups
When signing up for Open Plays or events, please be sure to Confirm and Finalize your registration.
If you have a free Open Play session available, you will not be charged.
If you do not confirm and finalize, your registration will be automatically withdrawn.
You may receive a confirmation receipt followed by a cancellation email if the process is not completed.
