This CODE OF CONDUCT WAIVER (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Ranier Rec LLC dba Side Out Pickleball Centers (“Club”), and (“Undersigned”). This Agreement is valid at all Side Out Pickleball Centers facilities and applies during the term of membership, guest attendance, spectator presence, or any appearance on Facility premises.
Treat all members, guests, staff, and facilities with respect. Disrespectful or offensive language, behavior, or gestures are prohibited.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times, including fair play, honesty, and respect for opponents and officials. Winning is not everything; positive participation matters.
Prioritize safety. Avoid reckless or dangerous behavior and do not play while injured or impaired. Safety glasses are recommended.
Wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking shoes. Clothing with offensive or inappropriate imagery is not permitted.
Respect and care for the facilities. Report any accidental damage immediately. Willful damage may result in liability.
If consuming alcohol, do so responsibly. Alcohol is not allowed on courts during play. Intoxication will not be tolerated.
Harassment or discrimination based on any legally protected status will not be tolerated.
Communicate clearly and respectfully. If conflicts arise, resolve them amicably or seek staff support.
Follow all Club rules and staff instructions, including court reservations, guest policies, and membership dues.
Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow the Code of Conduct.
Disruptive behavior that interferes with play or enjoyment of the Facility is prohibited.
By signing below, the Undersigned agrees to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violation of this Code may result in suspension or termination of membership or facility access.
