Open play Rules at Side Out Tsunami

Open play follows a four on, four off rotation. After each game to 11 (win by 1), all four players leave the court. The next four paddles in the stack take the court for the following game. This format keeps play fair, gives everyone equal court time, and allows players to mix and match partners. To keep things moving, if you arrive as a group of four, please split up when others are waiting to join.

Rotation and Paddle Stack

Each court uses a paddle stack system. Place your paddle in line when you arrive, and check the rotation order on the live feed or the display near your court. When your paddles are up, be ready to step on the court promptly to keep play moving.
