Side Out Tsunami is upgrading our reservation system. We are moving to CourtReserve to support our 26 court indoor pickleball facility and give you a faster, cleaner booking experience. Thank you for your patience while we make this change.

December Booking Pause on PodPlay

You will not see any reservations on PodPlay after November 30. This is by design. We are migrating all schedules into CourtReserve.
December booking opens on November 30 inside the new system.
If you need to reserve an event before then, email info@sideouttsunami.com.

Your Account in CourtReserve

Your profile has already been imported.

Here is what you need to know:
• Use the same email address
• You will not see Side Out Tsunami in the app yet
• You will receive a Welcome Email when access opens
• You will need to add your payment method again for security reasons

Your Existing Reservations

All existing court reservations and open play bookings were moved into the new system.
This includes November events and court time.
One exception is private coaching lessons. Coaches will reach out to rebook your sessions.
Current bookings will be charged through the old system.
New bookings in December and beyond will be charged through CourtReserve.

Updated Rates for Guests

Guests who visit Side Out Tsunami in December will see updated pricing:
• Court reservations: $15 per person per hour
• Open play: $25
Open play depends on court availability around leagues, events, and tournaments.

This will be the fastest way to check schedules, reserve courts, and stay updated.

FAQs

Do I need a new password?
Only if your email already exists on CourtReserve somewhere else. Otherwise you will create one when you get the Welcome Email.

Will pricing change?
No. You will also be able to book extra courts on your own for a fee. Details will be sent in the welcome guide.

Will there be downtime?
No. The only freeze is December reservations until November 30.

Do I need to update my payment method?
Yes. Payment info does not transfer for security reasons.

Do I need to whitelist CourtReserve emails?
Yes. Mark CourtReserve as a safe sender to avoid missing the Welcome Email.
